I don't think so.

Pro extender system increase penis size for a few inches temporary. i don't think you get enlarged your penile size permanently. you think about tieing a rubber band and stretch it out, after some time, it will go back to the way it was before. I don't think proextender system works.

ProExtender system increases your penis size permanently. What are you talking about? Have you tried it yet? How did you know it for temporary only. When you try Pro Extender system, make sure you follow the right direction.
